Rema Josephine Armstrong, 82 of Chillicothe IL, died Wednesday April 11, 2012. She was born January 31, 1930 to W. Harl and Rema Nadine Prior in Benton IL. Her parents preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death was her son Eugene (Chico) Armstrong, her brothers Farrell Prior, and Harl Dean Prior.
Surviving is her husband Ralph Armstrong of Chillicothe, son Ron (Sue) Armstrong, grandchildren Randy (Veronica) Armstrong, Nicole Kraus, brothers Alfred LaVerne (Kathryn) Prior, John Prior and Charlie (Mary) Prior, sisters Linda Gayle (James) Jones, Edna Mae (William) Reed.
Josephine attended Chillicothe Christian Church until entering Country Comfort Assisted Living, Henry IL in 2009. The family sends their thanks for their loving care of Josephine.
Funeral service was held 2:00pm on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe, IL. Visitation was held one hour prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.The Rev.
