Ida E Stoecker, 83 of Chillicothe passed away Thursday, May 16, 2013 in Rochester, MN.
She was born February 18, 1930 in Wyoming, IL the daughter of Lawrence and Edith (Brazee) Noret. She married Louis Stoecker on September 4, 1954 in Dunlap, IL. He preceded her in death August 12, 2001.
Surviving are her children; Rick (Alison) Stoecker of Varna, David (Mary) Stoecker of Lancaster, OH, Diane (Jerry) Shockey of Franklin, TN and Susan (Steve) Hoerr of Chillicothe, twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Her parents, husband, one brother, one sister and one granddaughter preceded her in death.
Ida was a member of the VFW Auxiliary of Chillicothe, Chillicothe First United Methodist Church and the Pearce Community Center.
Cremation rites will be accorded and a memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Monday, May 20, 2013 at the Chillicothe First United Methodist Church with a luncheon to follow in the parish hall. Inurnment will be in the Wyoming Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may be made to Pearce Community Center.
