Edward E. Harms, 77, of Edelstein died Friday Dec. 30, 2016 at Heritage Health in Chillicothe.A memorial service was held on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2017, at Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe. Burial was held in the Blue Ridge Cemetery.
