Wilma A. Carroll, 88, of Chillicothe, died on Monday, Feb. 20, 2017, at Heritage Health in Chillicothe.A memorial service was held on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017, at Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe. Visitation was held prior to the service.
