Hankins Jr., 76, of Chillicothe, died Friday, Aug. 26, 2016, at 8:15 PM at Unity Point Methodist in Peoria.Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church in Chillicothe. The Rev. Ron Martz will officiate. Visitation was held on Tuesday evening at Weber-Hurd funeral Home. Burial will be in Chillicothe City Cemetery.
